Large Output Continuous Bucket Elevator Building Material Cement Bucket Elevator is used for vertically conveying bulk materials which are mealiness, granule and nub, lift the materials with a serials of hoppers that are evenly fixed and connected to the traction belt, the conveying capacity is adjustable according to the transfer speed. Various materials, such as wear-resisting materials and anti-corrosion materials etc. are optional according to work conditions on site; adopt the mode of influx to feed materials and adopt the mode of abduction to unload the materials; the intensive layouts of hopper with large capacity make less infrequency happening of extrusion and collision phenomenon between raw materials, thus reducing spatter of raw materials; the chassis of the bucket elevator adopt closed physical design to prevent dust outside it.

Principle
Belt bucket elevator is composed of machine head, main frame,Maintenance cylinder, vents Ventilators, dustpan, dustpan belt and machine base.
The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and discharged from the top.
1. Firstly, the materials are evenly fed into the dustpan on the machine base;
2. Secondly, the materials are elevated into the machine head;
3. Thirdly, the raw materials are dumped into the targeted machine.
Main Features
1. Completely enclosed for dust and weather-tight operation
2. The lifting height is up to 60 meters.
3. The temperature of materials is not higher than 100°C;
4. Large capacity from 39m3/h to 184m3/h, including 7 models
